1. Introduction

LeiRide.com provides taxi and travel-related services including Local Rental, One Way Drop, Outstation Trips, and Multi-Day Trips. By booking a ride with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or website forms.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
Users must provide accurate details including pickup location, time, and contact information.
Any incorrect information may result in delays or cancellation.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are indicative and may vary based on distance, vehicle type, availability, and travel duration.
Final fare will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, state taxes, night charges, and driver allowance.
Payments can be made via agreed payment methods (cash, UPI, or online transfer).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
Last-minute cancellations may attract full or partial charges.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
LeiRide reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unavoidable circumstances such as vehicle breakdown or emergencies.

5. Service Usage

Customers must behave respectfully with drivers and staff.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.
The use of the vehicle is limited to the agreed itinerary.

6. Driver & Vehicle

All drivers are verified and trained for safe driving.
Vehicle allocation is based on availability and category selection.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may provide a similar or upgraded vehicle.

7. Delays & Liability

LeiRide is not responsible for delays caused due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events.
We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to such delays.
Customers are advised to plan travel time accordingly.

8. Luggage Policy

Customers are responsible for their luggage.
LeiRide is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
Please ensure all belongings are checked before leaving the vehicle.

9. Safety & Compliance

Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Customers must follow all applicable laws and regulations during the journey.
Any unlawful activity may lead to termination of service without refund.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.

11. Changes to Terms

LeiRide reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Force Majeure

LeiRide shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or emergencies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
